I thought this too before I experienced agonizing hell of opioid-induced constipation. I have had severe diarrhea and severe constipation and I can tell that they are on equal, anus-destroying level.

Constipation is worse. It's very painful. I'd rather shyt liquid all day than be painfully constipated.

I keep magnesium citrate and immodium at my place in case I experience either out of nowhere.
