Well, fair enough. I don't understand why you accept the theist label though if you only believe in the possibility of a creator. Hell, I believe a supernatural creator is possible ... that doesn't mean I believe a supernatural creator exists (or ever did exist).

And quite frankly, I'd argue that either option aren't 50/50 likely to be true. I'd say that tails is a bit more likely. And it's based on a few things. One, we have zero knowledge or understanding of a supernatural realm, or being that created us that might live in a different galaxy/dimension. Two, throughout history, every single thing human beings attributed to a god or higher power because they didn't understand it... when we investigated it, it turned out they have all had completely naturalistic explanations. From lightning and other natural disasters, to sickness and germ theory .... everything that was once thought to have a supernatural cause, we found had a rational explanation once our knowledge, and technology improved. To me, what you're doing is no different than what the ancient greeks did when they thought Zeus threw lightning bolts from the heavens. This is just something else we don't know. I think it's much more likely that once our technology improves, we'll find the real answer, and find it's also natural like everything else.
