If you did your thing in your younger years, 40 is around about cacs can't financially ruin you for your style choices.
Me and my coworkers joke about this all the time. We're in corporate. You can tell how long some of us have been hair by how long or kinky our hair is.
9/10 new nikkas come in with skin tight fades and clean shaved.....by year end they upgrade to a dark caesar with a mild goatee.

Dreads were always seen as a Jamaican thing. Everyone had braids instead. Dreads just became mainstream like a decade ago so people are catching up.
