Old man fronting so hard. This NYC. Not Idaho. You can be making good money and renting an apartment in the city well into your mid 40s and 50s. Most people in the city is NOT able to buy a house IN THE CITY in their 30s and 40s. Doctors, lawyers, actors...all renting in the city. And you know this.
