How does intermittent fasting work? Tried to understand it but I don’t get it
16:8 = You fast for 16 hours and only eat within an 8 hour window
Example:
Your start eating at Noon and stop at 8pm (8 hour window)
You can do longer of course (18:6/20:4) but thats just an example of the most common (16:8)
Its good because it gives your body time to digest your food. Normal humans just eat and snack all day, have 3 meals, etc.
Your body is constantly trying to digest all that shyt forcing it to work overtime. Your body most likely is behind schedule especially if you aren’t active and burning all that shyt off using the food for energy.
Its a cheat code for life. Im dedicated to Intermittent Fasting for the rest of my life
