Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I don't need his money.

But, if you're with someone who makes significantly less, then you'll have to carry the weight or have to meet halfway and downgrade your living situation based on what you BOTH can afford.

I'm not trying to upgrade on someone else's money, but I don't want someone to have to rely on mine either.

That really doesn't make sense to be honest, why would you have to carry more weight?

The only way your point has any legs is if your goal is to live far above your own means :ld:

Women are making more money than ever. But, some shyt never changes. They still think:

Wife's money = Wife's money

Husband's money = Entire Family's money

That's why they want a nikka to make X amount of money. They want to be able to maintain their lifestyles on his dime.

If there were truly about equality, Wife + Husband Money = Family Money

You only have yourself to blame if you end up in that situation.

I'm not going to consider a man unless he's making about 50k. Guys, your income is import.

Yes, women do also valuw your personality, interests etc, but we, also need a provider for our children.

Both my older sisters are a lil older than me, nerdy and "career oriented" girls. I love them both to death but...

They both love cats to death :snoop:

This is gonna end ugly :snoop:

Well, the nerdy part helps them :lupe:

However these chicks on here aren't looking for someone to build with or have a relationship with, they're looking for a business partner fam :dead:

These women are actually vultures, I'm sorry ladies :manny:

I don't see the equivalency between a man wanting and ideal woman visually and a woman wanting a man to making half a million dollars a year. At least a man can find a woman to be attractive due to his own tastes, and this requires maybe nuance. There is nothing nuanced about straight money. The next logical step is a man with millions could simply buy her as a wife.

When you marry, it's not just "my money is my money and yours is yours." If I'm making significantly more, then I'm probably paying more towards the bills, etc.

As a single person, I'm cool with a 2 bedroom condo. As a couple, I'd want more space...and it would take two pretty good incomes to be able to afford that without compromising on the area I want to live in in order to get it (yet still have money towards other things I enjoy like traveling pretty often). It's not living far beyond your means, but with combined incomes, you should be able to upgrade your living situation and if I'm with someone who makes significantly less, then I'm not sure how you can have all that. Doesn't have anything to do with living far above your own means.

Everything you typed seems very obvious. I find it so funny that you are considered delusional, selfish, and unrealistic for wanting a man who makes the same as you. It's quite hilarious.

So if a man makes twice as much as you, he has the right to reject you because you aint on his level and therefore cant help him live within his means?

Some men can't handle a woman making more money...makes them feel like less of a "man" around the house.

Then you have other men that make a little, but still don't want to feel like any woman is out of his league...so they're offended that women have any kind of standards. We're just supposed to be happy if a man has the basics (is loyal and honest) and we shouldn't want him to bring anything else to the table (yet these dudes have an entire list of requirements...cannot weight more than XX lbs, cannot be over XX years old, no kids, cannot have more than XX amount of sexual partners etc)...they're never going to just be happy with the basics (that a female is loyal and honest)...yet we should be cool with just that and count our blessings.
