One funny thing I have noticed lately (down in louisiana at least) is that white people are starting to claim voodoo more. You can see them walking around with papa legba or erzulie veve tattoos n shyt. I'm just waiting on them to try to do a complete white wash on the religion. They already out here trying to get rich off of it lol.

Voodoo is all over the Bible. Worshiping other goods and pharaoh's magicians were shamans who practiced voodoo.

Mysticism revolves around other spirits and the unusual powers they give to their followers, it rejects faith and relies on superstition and superstitious objects (like amulets and charms) and symbols.
There is a reason why you feel intense dread around people, places, and things that are deeply rooted in black magic. There is also a reason why you feel euphoria around things that are Holy. This is a major phenomenon you notice when you visit either world.
