I use the Six Star Protein and I make gains...60g per two scoops. Protein shake used in addition to your main source of proteins like meats and you should be good.

I've been buying the Muscle Pharm Combat Powder lately, decent price, tastes good enough, good macros and works fine.

Used to buy Myofusion but noticed something sketchy with it around 8 months ago and was not surprised with the Reddit guy's test.

I was using Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate, but see the way my bank account is set-up...

Now I use 6 Star...basically the same taste, just a little grittier

I rock with Dymatize, taste is on point and it gets me my proteins


Syntha 6 is high in calories, more of a meal replacement than pre/post shake imo

That was me, and yes it had to do with solubility.

Still, I'd rather go for the second cheapest vs. the absolute cheapest.

Somethin ain't right about $15 for 2lbs.
