I got 2 bags now, it’s superfine, but the oven makes it come out super white so it be hard to tell if it’s done. I add sugar for browning, but I need the wood oven or an oven with a flat surface and no wire racks to get even heat. Pizza stones or steels give better heating but they set of the fire alarms to much.
