I just like collecting them for the nostalgia.Not in it for the money for real.It’s crazy some of the rare stuff from the 80s you can find.Like you most people dismiss them instantly thinking they are all worthless.Whatever you say, guy.

I just don’t understand selling your blu collection for VHS. That’s unbelievable.
The only VHS tapes I have are from the wrestling shows I bought back in the day. I even wanted to transfer them to DVD to save space.

(Blu Ray Collection wasn’t that big.I still got some.A lot of those stupid ass Marvel movies were in there.Most of the rare ones are on DVD.I had the Screwballs blu ray though.)

How are the newer films on VHS? Are they custom?I’ve got a collection of VHS tapes but mostly just stuff that’s like childhood staples or rare horror flicks I’ve found at record shops and antique stores.
I added 4K criterion of The Princess Bride and 4K of Ferris Buellers day off.
Also recently added 4K of Trainspotting.

Yeah custom boxart then I went in an edited the video files into 4:3 and recorded the movies to tape with a custom lineup of trailers and old VHS promos from old tapes.

Started putting all my 4ks and blu rays into binders.
Throwing away the plastic and cover art.
Yeah i know. blasphemy. but uh the room being saved is amazing.
so far i filled 2 books. bought to buy 2 more. they fill like 50 discs each.

I regret throwing some slips away. Now I stay taking some from Salvation Army when I see ones I like.
