What’s harder: A regular person hitting a homer against a MLB pitcher or hitting a Hole-in-One on a PGA course?

Been having a spirited debate with one of my homies so I was interested on what you guys believe would be harder from your perspective :lupe:

I say hole in one, simply because even for the best in the world, the statistical probability of hitting one is insanely low compared to a pro in baseball hitting a homerun

On a PGA course? I seriously doubt that.

I want to add the chances of any regular ass dude off the street doing any of these are slim to nil
Hitting a hole in one even for professionals is about luck, not skill. If it was a skill it would happen more often. Hitting a HR is all skill. A normal person being able to do that has a much lower chance IMO. Most people can't even hit a softball out the park.

As I mentioned my thoughts are purely based on statistical probablities I looked up online. :hubie:

Once again, doing either one is almost never ever gonna happen, but it should be added a shyt ton more people played baseball that never made the pros, than there have been people who have ever played golf in their lives.

You have statistics of average joes jumping off the couch and taking MLB pitches? If the Par 3 is 150-175 yards there's tons of people that can get the ball out there and just need to get lucky. In fact give a person that's never played golf lessons for a week and they'll probably be able to get a 9/8/7 iron out that far
