I'm in my best shape in a couple of years right now.
Been doing about 275-300 pushups per day. I do regular pushups with my pushup handles, then I open my car trunk and put my feet in the trunk and hands on the ground to do DECLINE pushups, then I put my hands on the rim of trunk and do INCLINE pushups. 20-25 reps, and 4 sets each. All in my driveway.
In between that I jump rope for cardio & lower body with a couple of other quick excersices for shoulders.
I've learned that not having to drive to a gym is a reward in & of itself. The motivation is not an issue at all.
