Tangible Dream is my favorite album/mixtape in the past 5 years. No skips necessary

wonder why he even labeled it that. all original production, great song writing, it was cohesive. that was an album to me

this was a great way to approach this, he didnt diss Kanye or Jay, just reminding they are mortals like everyone else. he made a point w/o being disrespectful

Oddisee is literally Hip Hop’s Best kept secret. I listen to dude and really wonder why he hasn’t caught on YEARS ago.

A talented individual if ever there was one.

Had no idea about the Cole situation but I don’t think their styles are THAT comparable to say Cole bit from him. Was inspired by? Probably. But Cole, at least from Born Sinner onwards, has mined his personal journey and story for inspiration the last few years. And you can’t bite your own life.

man when i heard Cole's verse on that Joey Badass album i almost thought it was Oddisee

Was on a road trip last weekend. It was like 11pm and I had been driving for about 5.5 hours.

I ended up finding this podcast interview with Oddisee and was wide awake the final 3 hrs of my trip. Great conversation about his upbringing, career, music, Islam, history, etc. :whoo:
