He is dope as a producer and I want to get into more of his work but with artist like Black Milk and other around I never did. He talented but got no wow factor as far as I can see sort of like skyzoo. With that said I will check out more from him when I get a chance and hopefully I am proven wrong.

I disagree, I think J Cole is the upgraded version. He is J Cole if J Cole stayed backpack and was not as good a song writer as he is.

Oddisee is literally Hip Hop’s Best kept secret. I listen to dude and really wonder why he hasn’t caught on YEARS ago.

Had no idea about the Cole situation but I don’t think their styles are THAT comparable to say Cole bit from him. Was inspired by? Probably. But Cole, at least from Born Sinner onwards, has mined his personal journey and story for inspiration the last few years. And you can’t bite your own life.

been bumpin this album for yeeeeeeeeears and never connected that Oddisee was on it.....odd is nice as fukk but you really gotta be checkin for him to know it....got all his albums on repeat in the whip this entire weekend.....
