The Pinch Shooter

This guy is a designated shooter that is 'tagged' in by a teammate while on offense. This player is only allowed 8 possessions per game. The pinch shooter must be tagged in by a teammate once that teammate crosses half-court. This must be done within the first 10 seconds of the shot clock. If the shooter proceeds to checking in the game beyond the 14 sec mark on the clock, it results in a turnover and a technical foul. A proper check-in consists of both players touching hands. Hands must be touched before the 14 sec mark. The shooter must play offense and defense and MUST check out by the 14 sec mark of the next offensive possession. Failure to do so results in a turnover and reduction of 1 pinch shooter possession.
