I hardly do any direct bicep work.If I were you I'd either go lighter, or not even do it. If your doing Triceps(which make up a majority of your arms) and pretty much any upper body workout properly your indirectly working out your biceps. .

stadium stairs kick mucho azz ... try em with dumbbells and/with weight jacket.... add ankle weights if ur on a serious fitness mission
