If I were you I'd either go lighter, or not even do it. If your doing Triceps(which make up a majority of your arms) and pretty much any upper body workout properly your indirectly working out your biceps. .
I hardly do any direct bicep work.

I've been thinking about getting some ankles weights for my cardio. You notice yourself feeling lighter when you take them off?

Clean and press wipes me the fukk out :whew: I have tried moving it around in my workouts and it doesn't matter when its done, they always wipe me out. Other than that chest and back days are the toughest for me.

squats. idk if its because im tall or what, but i always feel like im about to hurt something everytime i do them. i try to have good form but no matter what i always feel in danger. maybe you guys can give me some tips ?
