Bench press, clean jerks (or any other exercise that involves raising a barbell above my head)... I've always been afraid of going super heavy in them because of my fear of dropping the bar / having the bar slip by accident. That's why I never click those "workout fail" videos.

Pendalay rows initially, I hate them, Id much rather squat....long set of heavy walking lunges sucks also

Planks and full sit ups.
I hate working out my abs. I just did an ab workout tonight and fml.

I think I hate push-ups the most though.

Squats are my fave...and leg lifts...I have strong legs so maybe that's why.

squats and lunges. i always feel the aftereffects of'em for like 2 days . which i guess is kinda a good thing, as long as i dont have to walk up any stairs
