Bench press, clean jerks (or any other exercise that involves raising a barbell above my head)... I've always been afraid of going super heavy in them because of my fear of dropping the bar / having the bar slip by accident. That's why I never click those "workout fail" videos.
squats and lunges. i always feel the aftereffects of'em for like 2 days . which i guess is kinda a good thing, as long as i dont have to walk up any stairs
