What workout do you dread?

long low intensity cardio. Sometimes I just wanna get in, lift, and go home. shyt makes my workout long as fukk now but I need it for this damn fat loss

Deadlifts... tore a bicep a long time ago doing that stuff. Still feel it tighten up so I stay away from heavy deads

You don't understand.

They get really really really sore. They just don't respond well to direct work.

Directly working out my biceps ain't even something I do that much. Do you have the same problems when you workout your triceps?

Only thing I can really say I dread is snatch. And any sprint workout with 300 meter reps in them. And dumbbell side lat raises :sadcam:

Nope, just the biceps
If I were you I'd either go lighter, or not even do it. If your doing Triceps(which make up a majority of your arms) and pretty much any upper body workout properly your indirectly working out your biceps. .
