You don't understand.that's the whole point of working biceps. You aint making no gains if you're arms aint getting sore.

If I were you I'd either go lighter, or not even do it. If your doing Triceps(which make up a majority of your arms) and pretty much any upper body workout properly your indirectly working out your biceps. .Nope, just the biceps
