What workout do you dread?

For me it's my shoulders. :patrice: I hate doing that shyt but I don't wanna leave it out of my workout. I don't mind doing legs unlike most nikkas who work out but god damn it the days I do my shoulders :pacspit:

I dread any form of Military Over head pressing (dumbell or barbell)....but sadly tis a necessity to get them shoulders bulging so they can fill a bat suit & women love a guy with a good set of greek god like delts apparently.. ^^^! So yea I guess by default SHOULDERS is the most hated body part to work out on...and they are very easily injured if you go HAM on them :sadcam:

minds is legs becuz of the crazy amounts of cardio i do. the other is deadlifts. fukk that exercise. i only do it on Fridays.

legs day, i hate lex extensions, squats,db deads, and ESPECIALLY leg curls
