But I’m not mad at 1995-1998. 1999 was too pop for me, even as a kid it felt trash.

I was ages 5-14 from 90-99. Honestly for me it was 1996. Living in LA during the height of the East Coast-West Coast beef, Death Row records was on top, Atlanta Olympics during the summer, Lakers got Shaq and Kobe. Having fun playing ball in the park everyday with my cousin during the summer.

It was a great time to be a kid.

Martin was still on although it was about to go down in flames still. Fresh Prince was still on but in it's last year. Fox Kids the WB network, Nickelodeon was still dope. BET was still dope. The Bulls dynasty was back on top. I could go on and on about 96 lol. It's without a doubt the goat year.
