What videogame franchise had the worst falloff?

You have others that are underrated but still have legit GOAT entries that stand the test of time among the best games ever made.
Then you have franchises that were really good, but got thrown into the bushes because of creators leaving the company.

Banjo Kazooie - two classic games and you could argue the first is the GOAT platformer.

3rd game went totally left field and they basically just slapped the name on it for sales so we don't even acknowledge that.

So we've only gotten two proper games in 21 years which is just sad.

Mass Effect, fell from top 10 to not mentioned at all. Went from a triple A franchise to DOA with one monumental flop.
