Yard on that place sucks

But you can find a good yard no problem. Wifey and I just passed on a place for $280 that had a nice big private wooded back yard. House had hella problems tho. A cul de sac backed up to the woods >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

But here's the thing the cost of living in these places is wonderful compared to nyc. Even if you dont have kids you can always convert a 5 bed room into a 2 or 3.... tear down some walls, increase the bathroom size. You like feeling cramped up??? I live in nyc all my life. id' love to live in a big house for half the price. my house we live in now is estimated to be 300k... and for half of that i can live like a king down there...
