What the hell happened to Xbox this generation?

Then you add in DRM, mandatory Kinect, and them genuinely not giving fukk about backlash and the gen was over before it started. It was actually over at that E3 when Sony announced no game locks. Can't lock people out of shyt they've spent hundreds to thousands on and tell them to buy another 360 if they don't like it. Well...you can, you'll just lose everything you built over the 6 years prior. They thought we'd buy that bullshyt anyway and get over it bc it's the new Xbox

Its crazy how its been 5 years but that had to be the biggest E3 fukkery ever and you really felt coming in Sony was gonna give you literally everything, between resurrecting a few IPs (that ended up sucking, e.g Killzone), keeping the PS4's design locked away like Detox, they were gonna give every single punch and Xbox just wasnt ready. One of my last times really fanboying over gaming came on that day cause Id NEVER seen someone get owned (had to take it back real quick) like that before deadass hit my mom up like we gotta get 2 of these for the house

Once the PS3 started to steady release exclusives toward the end of last generation, Xbox never regained their footing. They have been making some good moves recently that will benefit them going into the next generation
