Very few coaches that are unemployed last 2 seasons as a HC consisted of them going to the playoffs. If he's a bad coach you gotta explain how good coaches teams performed worse. His teams only got better
Being a good coach seems to be subjective... u dnt know how much the players and organization has to do with that coaches success.
But we can look at the 2 coaches track record... and how the are looked at.
Thibs career is basically winning with boston, having success with the bulls and Minnesota.
I'm not sure how many coaches are respected more than thibs.
Mark Jackson was the coach of a team that got better after he left.
He might be a good coach but ur comparing him to a top 3 coach in the league.
No one in the league is taking Jackson if thibs is out there
