They need to take 2 years and book all the shows over that time span with the following stipulations:

1. You cannot call on any legends/AE Stars, popular culture stars or part-timers to do any of your big shows/cross promotion outside of theme songs for PPVs. (matches, promos, nothing).
2. No musical performances of said theme song at the corresponding PPV.
3. Start the cycle off with a wave of title changes to start fresh, and book those title scenes without repeat champions (i.e. Big E cannot win the IC title over this span. Charlotte cannot be women's champion over this span).

I know he is in a tag team, but why isn't he in the Intercontinental or US title picture?

There was actually an angle behind this. Gable was so chicken shyt heel scared of this guy wrestling his heater, so he stole his luggage in hopes he couldn't wrestle without gear. But the babyface don't give a fukk he's for the people, he went out there and wrestled in boxers and still gave it his all. Unfortunately Otis also didn't give a shyt because he's a big monster, so squashed him with the quickness under 5 minutes.
