More curls in the rack this morning with a superset of assisted pull up :francis:

Dude you are curling the bar:
  • You don't need to take a rack for that during a week day morning
  • Random reps, no structure
  • If you can do unassisted neutral grip pull-ups....... focus on that before trying to superset them with curls

I've noticed if you jump on the bench when they walk away they are too suck up and passive aggressive to say anything.

when nikkas rack they weights backwards with the lighter weight under the heavier. It's one thing to not rerack it but when you stack it like this and dont rerack it afterwards
