I got a trainer to his dumb ass said he was throwing me in the fire too smh. When we do total body I’m good but when we lift I always feel maxed out after my first circuitYou could be lifting to much?
Lower the weight a little and take time to build up. If you rush progress you will fail.

i want to be tiny but not non-existent flat stomach, nice thighs. my thighs aren't huge but i could stand to lose some of them (just a little). I want to lose a little bit of fat from my face too.

What work outs got you the v cut in the mid section?
Thanks for the info.To be honest, I am not sure. For abs I am lucky due to being a skinny dude in nature so I always have them showing somewhat. When I do spend time doing abs, I will do hanging leg raises which is what gets the V cut, I stick to Rope pulleys, hanging leg raises and bench knee ups.
