I rarely dedicate a lot of time to abs but when I do it is usually hanging leg raises, sit ups, and rope work.
I should dedicate a few days a week to core/abs really.

Them pullovers will do you really good. Imma join a gym. Most of my ab work is calisthenics. But I wanna take my abs to the next level.I have been seeing surprisingly good gains from nothing but good old weighted cable crunches
