I'm 6'1 and have shoulders that are wide as fukk to, and a small waist. I probably need more definition across mid section right now and I carry a bit more muscle than phelps I think but he is 2-3 inches taller than me.

Right now I do. Pics I put up before were when I was getting cut for vacation.

I can get abs popping due to low body fat but I need to improve my core stability overall.
Are most of your abs workouts with weights and equipment? Or are they body weight exercises?

I rarely dedicate a lot of time to abs but when I do it is usually hanging leg raises, sit ups, and rope work.

I should dedicate a few days a week to core/abs really.
