I'm 6'2, 225lb, wingspan 6'10 getting big arms is a struggle. I've been in the gym consistently the last few weeks, but I haven't been going super hard. And shooting ball. Seeing a difference and getting compliments.
Got to get this mid section together. Been working on my arms, chest, legs, shoulders mostly.
I have a 6 pack under my flabby midsection. Just need to eat better. Not quite ready for the beach yet, but my clothes are fitting better. Back down to a 36 easy. Not holding my gut in either. Thanks for the motivation Coli.
