Im already where I want to be with my physique. But by May/June im gonna put on 15 pounds of muscle.

wonder if I'm bigger than nelly, now. Especially when all photoshop and weird high quality angles are factored in. Judging by the stats, we're around the same size.

I'll bring some inspiration for the taller cats in this thread. I'm still in the weight loss/cutting phase. If I decide to stay at around the 255-265 range, I'm going for:

I'm around the 200lbs. mark here...most of the weight (.5'' leg gain) has gone to my legs since I have a short torso anyway. I've been doing the 5x5 rountine. I can see trap improvement from the overhead press and my upper chest has gotten larger since working with incline more. I think my goal is 210 now...:yeshrug:

What's my bf looking like? I don't workout abs. :snoop:

I'll be cool around where D.Wade is. its very practical almost easy. I'm not his same size but we have similiar frames I'm pretty close to this pic except that his abs are way more defined than mines. Mines are solid hard, toned, and visible but I want em poppin out and cut lol I naturally have shoulders and chest plus I do push ups every day and various at home core exercise. I just need to get some more resistance to get a bit bigger I was actually like this pic last year before i stopped going to the gym.
