What kinda numbers you putting up on bench/squat/dead?

Did chest today, literally didn't wanna get under the bar, did some upper chest movements and machines, a lot of flies, etc.. no idea why, just didn't wanna flat bench, like flat out refused to

havent squatted since high school ended, <--- needa get back on that flow tho
havent deadlifted since a random ass day in the gym <--- same with this
havent benched since like 2-3 months ago. <--- needa become big chested and put up 405

what kinda #'s y'all put up?

these are all for 3x8, I've never tried to max out :manny:

185/225/185

I know these are kind of weird numbers. I feel like I can deadlift a lot more but my grip starts giving after a couple of reps.

No. I'm going to try mix grip though. It seems a little awkward to me, but I'm going to give it a shot.

Mixed grip will add a TON to your DL, especially if grip strength is the one thing holding you back.

Just make sure to switch it between sets/days....don't always go left-overhand/right-under or vice versa.

410 on squats 90 degrees 315 on ATG
525 on deadlifts...tried 575 got it up like a couple of inches after attempting 525 :pachaha:

80lbs on weighted pullups

tried 80lbs on db shoulder press today got 6 clean reps..maybe more if i was fresh

knocked 225 for 12 reps on bb chest press.

need to attempt some heavy military press to see where im at. :flabbynsick:
