I dunno, is it because I drink coffee and smoke before I brush my teeth? I've had this debate before, why brush just to fukk up a clean mouth with tobacco and coffee right after?

Wake up around 6:30, drink water or green tea, eat some nuts, brush my teeth and exfoliate in the shower/wash my hair, then take my dog for a walk and go to yoga. Starting school soon, so it'll probably change my morning routine a lot. I just like geting shyt out of the way, always been a early bird.

I'm trying to make my routine this by the time school hits:
wake up @ 6
stretches/push-ups etc..
Running (have that all done by 7
the the usual shower, brush, eat etc..
