I dont trade futures per se...but I deal with ETF options that are correlated with the S&P500 and futures or premarket trading give a good idea of where the market might trade . I typically trade SPY options but right now I got puts on the XLY (Consumer Discretionary SPDR etf) . Bought them on FridayWhat futures do you got your eye on??
lol dog it doesnt take much to trade. my broker, all you need is $1000 to open up a TFSA account and trade options / stocks.Wheres that gif of the "average coli nikka" at?

Breh...I tripled up on SPY calls in two weeks. Turned 400 into 1200 dating back to August 11. That Twitter Earnings release got me out of the red too Woulda been more if I didnt make an emotional sell on Friday literally 10 minutes before it spiked up. I called it in the Boiler Room thread after the bounce that the SPY was hitting 200 by the end of august. 199.75 is the high so far but I'll take it. I need it to go down now thoughAugust volatility
wild boring out here breh
i got chopped the fukk up and lost about 550 at the top of the month on low volatility so I've learned my lesson on ever trading in August again. I'm doing more research and trying to develop a swing trading strategy but it's way more complicated than I persumed, I might even need more capital. That being said I'm here in Alberta so that shouldn't be a problemBreh...I tripled up on SPY calls in two weeks. Turned 400 into 1200 dating back to August 11. You aint know
You do all that In 30 mins?6:30am - wake up...
check my phone to see what the S&P futures/ETF are trading at Premarket
shower
brush my teeth

iron my clothes if needed...
dress and get the eff out at 7:00am
yup...my dad drops me off an doesnt play. You do all that In 30 mins?
options are easy I think but the hardest part is not being greedy. Most of the times I've lost it was because I was up a few hundred with quite a bit of time left til expiry thinking I could get some more money. But with options it can take so long to come up at times then one ounce of bad news/volatility and that money is gone.i got chopped the fukk up and lost about 550 at the top of the month on low volatility so I've learned my lesson on ever trading in August again. I'm also thinking about getting into the equity game as well. My problem is with leverage and margin in equities but I think if I'm nice in CL_F I can probably do well in options/equities. I wish I knew how to program and I'd make money while I was at work
On my days off in Sept I'm 100% gonna murder it though.
