I'm sorry but everyone over the age of 25 should have at least 5K in checking, 10K+ in savings and minimal cc debt.

This is unrealistic if you know the current job market for college graduates.. Expecting every 26 year old to have 15k liquid and great credit shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how this country's economy is set up for the working class..

No way you can get that much bread without working a job that requires an advanced degree..Or owning a profitable small business which is impossible to do that young without debt...

I've been living at home and working for the past almost 3 years since I graduated High school.
I could've saved more than 28k but I bought a 16k car in 2014 but its paid off. Also my spending habits could be better.

Im gonna get to 30k and quit my job and go to uni but I am a bit nervous.
