If they have enough votes in the Senate & House they'll pass the George Floyd Policing Act, The John Lewis Voting Right Act, Restoring Abortion Rights, Restoring Affirmative Action, Gun Control (Universal Background Checks), Make the Child Tax Credit permit, an Immigration Bill That was agreed upon with Republicans before Trump stepped in to kill for political gain, Increase in Minimum Wage. Basically everything that Republicans are against.

@Seoul Gleou The closest thing the Dems --really Progressives-- got is The Green New Deal. But that plan needed some repair and it hasn't been mentioned since 2019. --> Recognizing the duty of the Federal Government to create a Green New Deal - Wikipedia

So other than that, they don't really have anything like Project 2025. Only a bunch of bills they should pass but no comprehensive overall plan. The Dems might be too Big Tent for such a plan.
