black always questioning themselves. literally no other ethnic group in this country would make a thread like this. that's just proof of how oppressed we've been throughout this countries history, it's sad. like we don't even know how good we are.

Are Black Americans the only blacks in the Americas questioned about not having "culture" ? 
Like u would never hear someone tell a Black Brazilian, Cuban, Jamaican, Trini, Black Mexican, etc that they have no culture cause of xyz. And keep it 100, a lot of foreigners visit the suburban, subdivisionlands of metro areas and think that's all America is like "yall don't even have real neighborhoods, where is the arts, landmarks, food markets"....I don't know, I never know what culture means after traveling overseas and coming back......is it like poverty? 
........when I see cats in Brazil dressed like Cali niccas, that tells me something

bruh i've never heard or can even think about another ethnic group going like "what is our culture?". maybe as a rhetorical question, but some of us honestly dont know. i know this black girl adopted by white people for instance who didn't know what soul food was, I was like "it's black people food", and she said "there's no such thing as black people food!". i was mortified
