:mjlol:

Maybe you don’t know black people then
Some are like you. These are folks I'm usually not friends with.

Always i can't I can't. But but but. i tell them i moved to cali with 500 dollars in my pocket and a hs diploma and made it but they gonna tell me why they can't do something

My friends and family are not like that. When you need advice there are solutions not reasons why you as a man can't move forward.

Like minded people build each other up or keep each other down and if the people you know share your mentality I'd advise you start changing your circle.

A black person in America becomes a success story daily. Why can't it be someone you know. The hardest part is the first step. 🙂

Look at this dumb take?
Kamala has a policy of providing 25K for first time home buyers which will lift so many black people out of poverty for GENERATIONS. DNC needs reform but miss me with the "tackles actual issues" claim. It's not true.
This one definitely hurt. People complain about black folks not being able to buy homes and now this is clipped. I sure hope Trump cooks up a plan like this :mjlol: :francis:

Brother you are right we wouldn’t be friends. I would be your boss.

The difference between me and you is I recognize my path is a hard one to follow and don’t expect others to be me.

It’s called empathy and I have it more for black people than anyone else because I recognize what I came from.

I see you're a hug giver.

Hugs don't move people forward. You just become a place where people can vent their frustrations. It's exhausting being that person.

When I moved to cali I was working at Robinsons May in the Fox Hills mall near Inglewood. I wasn't doing shyt. I saw an Infomercial for IT certification training and took the first step to make it happen. They had contracts with corporations for job placement and i got my first job doing some entry level work. Over 20 years later its the industry that feeds my family and trump can't stop that.

The point is, if i was talking to those depressed ass nikkas you know id advise they choose a skill they can stomach learning, take it serious until mastery and get their necessary competency paperwork and they to can be a light for another black person.

I understand what you're saying though. Some men have that feminine way of thinking where good advice is useless because all they want to do is vent. There's only so much venting you can do to another man before he asks wtf you gonna do

I never used this program to get a job. Just head hunters.
I think the main difference between us is that while I do subscribe to personal and social HYON. I do believe in the role of the federal government and laws in black employment opportunities.

Keep in mind I have a unique perspective I know employment law and I have worked as a recruiter. In some ways what you are promoting is what black people who benefitted from Affirmative Action and then became black conservatives who fought against it did.

I worked really hard but I know that especially early in my career companies wanting to make diversity hires to staff when they hired me. I wasn’t established and the competition was fierce. It’s easy to say “yeah I would make it” but the guy you’re interviewing against has social connections or just cultural familiarity to the hiring manager.

I am not arguing for Hugs either to give or get. I am saying there will be no benefit for the majority of us and Lowkey. This thread is based on a false premise and we should be focused on either mitigating or avoiding the harm. Especially to young people trying to get in the job market

Is that how it is in every industry and with every in demand skill where a black man can make the median average income for an American male?

Get after it or you're finished. There aren't alot of choices. Cohabitate with family 8 deep in a 1 bedroom apartment like Mexicans and prep the comeback.

that gotta stop. I watched Black Lives Matter turn into BLACK TRANS LIVES MATTER to Protect Trans Kids to transgenders playing sports being a major focal point of both sides' campaign.

Can't keep walking on eggshells around the LGBTQ mafia. "This ain't about you" should suffice.
Yo bro I know you saw that street sign on 161st that says Black Lives Matter Blvd on one side and the other fukking side says Black Trans Lives Matter Blvd :snoop:
