Yeah my Uber driver was playing some podcast with a guy saying that. Here is my thing, they tell you “Get money” or “there is so much money out here” but they don’t tell you how and if they did it wouldn’t be long until all the ways to get that money was gone.
Regular people are not Able to work hard enough to generate independent wealth. The majority of black people are working poor which means they do not have an asset that generates income independently of their labor.
This windfall of money will be very similar to the PPP loans where white people will benefit legally from it due to being able to tap into their generational wealth and if black people attempt to do it they will likely be targeted and arrested because some podcaster will tell them to cheat to take advantage of a program designed to give wealth to mostly white people.
See my previous point on there are no hugs coming. No one is going to tell you where to get money because only the individual knows what his or her passions are.
If someone is told go get IT certifications and they think well I'm not a nerd, the jewels are going to go in one ear and out the other. This is america. No one tells you what to do. You have to know what you want and then research the path to advance in that field which is readily available on the internet. There's no hugs and no ones holding your hand to get you started.

Cloud infrastructure administration.
The money is there but no one call tell you what you need to do if you can't articulate what you want besides money
