last year was a top 5 year in gaming history and every year has dozens of great games

Games are arguably better then they were only difference I see is you don’t have the rememberable characters like we used to.

Even I gta 5 the main characters were very blah. Gta6 seems to be going the same route.

Why is everything so static and boring? Feels like there hasn't been a good new franchise in years. Everyone seems to be blah about Series X and PS5. If I don't play on steam, I'm not even thinking about games as a whole anymore.

Don't know what games you're into, but baldurs gate 3 was fukking gas

I'll tell you what happened, the discourse around gaming is toxic.

Instead of finding games and playing them, Everyone wants to dunk on the other guy and tell them why the game someone else is playing is shyt.

Got sensitive white boys crying because the protagonist of a game isn't white, male or even straight.

When Starfield came out, people were shytting on the game. It isn't my cup of tea and I think didn't deliver what Todd Howard promised.

However, people genuinely enjoyed the game, loading screens and all.

Yet there seemed to be a cottage industry built online based on magnifying the flaws.
