Lost 50 lbs in 2011 and kept it for a while.
Since you mentioned "recommited", what happened ? Lost Focus for a while ?
Got a new job in April 2012 and got depressed from moving (it's a trigger for people with depression) and didn't go to gym as much.
But it really got bad once I got a new job in January 2014. Office job and it was much more sedentary and I doubled my salary so I was able to eat out more and work 12 hours a day. Never went to gym and ate like shyt.
Mcdonalds or wawa for breakfast.
Pizza, wings, chess teams or Strombolis for lunch.
And same shyt for dinner.
Drank mad soda and snacked all day.
Was getting less than 1500 steps a day.
Gained like 40 to 50 lbs in two years.
Now at another new job and I get like 4 to 6000 steps just at work alone. We have a cafeteria so I can eat healthier. And the hours are better so I can go to gym ever night after work.
Can't explain but I am more stable now and the gym has become part of my life again. It isn't just an obligation
I literally go to bed and wake up thinking of the gym and eating healthy.
I pretty accomplished everything I wanted and I'm 28. Now it's just losing weight and being fit....and I'll chase those goals until I die.
I'm lowkey obsessed lol
