:gucci: Why should that surprise anyone? Michael's heaviest playing weight was 216 and his early years were under 200. LeBron was playing at probably 270 in Miami and has been playing no lighter than 250 for probably the last decade.

maybe he shouldn't have gotten that big

:what: He was already playing around 240-245 as an 18 year old rookie. It's not like he suddenly went from the Pittsburgh Barry bonds physique to the San Francisco Barry physique. Same with Shaq already playing above 300 as a 20 year old rookie. Some guys are just naturally bigger and use that to their advantage instead.

Lebron is better at everything

Better scorer (just passed MJ record of 13 season of averaging 25 points a season)
Better passer
Better court vision
Better defender Lebron being able to guard 1 thru 5 something MJ could never do
Better shooter
Better basketball IQ
Better Rebounder
Taller than MJ
Bigger than MJ
Stronger than MJ
Faster than MJ

MJ only better at 2 things

He better at free throws and playing dumb basketball that heroball shyt basketball casual fall in love with because they don't know basketball. Same reason Kobe got such a high stan base

Ron Artest recently talked about how he would still put Wizards MJ as the toughest to guard over prime Bron/Kobe/KD. He praised MJ's strength, sharp and no wasted movements approach to the game and said he basically went back to QB streetball tactics and break MJ's ribs because MJ kept dropping buckets on him. And MJ still hit a game winning J over him and walked off with broken ribcage - that's how psycho MJ was. I like LeBron and believe he'll go down as top 5 all time but honestly I cant picture Lebron playing through broken ribs. Dude probably would've called for a stretcher right then and there (which is more sensible thing to do I'd say). Also you gotta remember this is Ron Artest we're talking about - a top tier defender who's known for size and physicality (pause) and MJ still dominated him at 38,39. So all that 6'4" whiteboy competition talk is null and void.

Lebron couldn't play through a cramp breh ain't now way he playin through anything major like that:mjlol:

Well being that scoring is the most important aspect of basketball, you can say Jordan was significantly better than LeBron in the main object of basketball.

Not to say other aspects aren't as important, but the main object is to put the ball through the hoop, at which LeBron isn't even close as evidenced by Jordan's 172 40 plus-point games, compared to LeBron's sixty 40 plus-point games.

Jordan had forty-one 50-point games compared to LeBron's 9.

While some may accurately argue that LeBron is a more versatile defender, that's more due to his size and athleticism than actual skill. LeBron NEVER achieved 100 blocked shots in a single NBA season.

Jordan accomplished this feat, twice 131 blocked shots and 125 blocked shots, while also having 236 steals and 259 steals (league leading) respectively. LeBron highest was 93 blocked shots in a season and never had more than 137 steals in a season. People forget that Jordan was at one time considered the best offensive player in the NBA AND the best defensive player - as evidence by his winning Defensive Player of the Year, while also winning the Scoring Title.

Jordan has led the NBA in steals in 3 separate seasons, LeBron never. And before anyone says that steals can also reflect recklessness, that NEVER applied to Jordan - who is considered to be one of the highest IQ basketball players ever.

Jordan is a much better shooter, which again is offense, but let me elaborate, just because Lebron has a similar FG% doesn't mean he's just as good. Jordan scored at a MUCH higher clip.

Jordan was a much better Free throw shooter 84% to LeBron's 73%. LeBron also gets a little shook during free throws in clutch time, when he has time to think about the moment. Jordan NEVER got shook at the free throw line during crunch time.

Steals, Freethrows, blocked shots, scoring, and leadership goes to Jordan.

LeBron is a better rebounder and averages more assist (but a lot of players in the NBA had more rebounders and assists than Jordan).

I wouldn't necessarily say LeBron is a better play maker than Jordan, because when Jordan was switched to Point Guard in the 1988 season he averaged 32.5 ppg, on 53% shooting, with 8 rebounds (weighing 50 lbs less and 2 inches shorter than LeBron), with 8 assists, 85% from the FT line, with 3 steals per game, I challenge anyone to find a better season by LeBron.

I'll give rebounds and assists to Lebron, with the caveat that Jordan could easily average the same number of assists if he CHOSE to, like he did in 1988. LeBron couldn't score as easily as Jordan, unless refs allowed him to barrel his way to the basket.

To say besides scoring, what else is Jordan better at, is stupid when that's pretty much the whole point of the game. It's like saying besides knocking muthaphukas out what else was Tyson good at during his prime? When the main object in boxing is to knock a muthaphuka out!!!

Nonetheless, I just educated you on what else Jordan was better at. LeBron is a better human being, he can beat Jordan on social issues. On basketball, he will never catch MJ.

I could keep going, but I'm gonna fall back.

Oh, and if you going to respond....address the FACTS that I just posted, not your opinions.

:wow:

First off why even bring up magic andagic is light years better than lebron fukk'n James. Just for starters and I know so because I know and was a bigger fan of bron and magic over all you nikkaz easy.
Magic has three inches and wing span on mike and match up wise you would always lose to the Lakers if you did not have a big enough wing or pg to guard magic.
Case in point why Portland was thought of as the favorite before magic sonned them with an electric device on his leg like a man possessed.

Any nikka naysaying mike sticking magic then has no Frame of reference for whom magic was or is and what always happened if he had the nightly mismatch.
nikkaz talkin and I know they never saw the 69 and 13 Lakers to know what the fukk they talembout.
Nor HOW Deep magic'S Will Was TO SINGLEHANDIDLY Will THE Lakers To THE FINALS OVER The Team Of DOOMSDAY In Portland Who featured:

Buck
Duck
Cliff
Glyde
Porter

The whole lineup is over 6.5 to start with porter.
Who was Evander holy field in a basketball uni.

nikkaz tweak'n and do not know and were not there to comment.

Like the bulls were favorites in any series for a ship.

You can not be an expert and think mike and company were favored over their finals rivals.

nikkaz tweakin, like usual.

nikkaz talking like they had first Gen weapons and I can go to my closet right now and pull out bron ii's and three's in mint condition right the fukk now....nikkaz strugglin for bron eights just to put it in perspective and never had a pair of bird weapons.

Y'all nikkaz can stfu,..y'all as I the collective y'all don't know basketball and that is obvious.
Ol refugee forums face ass nikkaz,...
I still give y'all work wherever y'all run and hide on the board.
Talk that shyt Art :whew:

You never saw mike play, breh.
To say that and you have no quantitative facts to support that shyt either.

Which is also why you did not answer my question about how you saw mike and where.

Stop flodgin.

When they say a player has that “It” factor that is the proverbial “ice water” in their veins that will not let them lose. In addition, having an “It” factor doesn’t just mean you elevate you’re game, you make everybody around you better.

The “ice water” is what Jordan is known for and why he is an icon. He just would not let you lose. Game-winning shot after game-winning shot, when you needed it he gave it to you. Jordan just had it. His motor wouldn’t let him fail and that hard work ethic made him into one of the most feared athletes in the world.

So he wins this right?

No.

He doesn’t because LeBron does one thing that Jordan wasn’t great at and that was make his teammates better.

Yes Jordan was great but he was drafted in 1984 and didn’t go to the NBA Finals until 1991 which was 7 years later. At just 22-years-old, LeBron had his first NBA Finals appearance with players like Eric Snow, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Daniel Gibson, Larry Hughes, Drew Gooden and Damon Jones. LeBron missed the playoffs in his first two seasons but in just his second time making the playoffs, he made it to the NBA Finals.

He has dominated the Eastern Conference. He has never lost in the first round. The East is weak but look at other heralded superstars in the East like Carmelo Anthony and Paul George and look at where their teams are at in the standings.

LeBron just has “It.” He will not settle for less than success and his team will always be in the top-tier of the NBA.

Stats
The thing LeBron was most heralded for when he came into the league was his ability to fill a stat sheet. LeBron has Jordan-like athleticism with the ability to pass like Magic and he can guard any position on the floor. Jordan was also multi-dimensional and able to lead the league in multiple categories. He’s also won a Defensive Player of the Year award.

Still, this category has to go to LeBron because of the milestones he has reached. He is the youngest to reach almost every point milestone there is.

People will say that is not fair because Jordan went to college. That argument only adds to LeBron’s greatness.

LeBron was a four-year varsity player and the “phenom.” He drove a Hummer to high school and signed autographs like he was already in the NBA.

Jordan was struggling to make his varsity team is freshman year.

Jordan spent three years in college.

LeBron never touched a college campus and skipped the college ranks for the NBA.

LeBron’s numbers are consistent every year averaging around 27 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for his career. At this pace, LeBron could become the NBA’s all time leading scorer. Jordan is fourth after Kobe passed him last year.

Jordan’s career stats are 30 points a game, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

Lebron’s accolades are three-time NBA champ, three-time Finals MVP, four-time MVP, two-time All-Star MVP, 12-time All-NBA, 13-time All-Star, 6-time All-Defensive Team he’s a 12 time all NBA player and Rookie of the Year in the 2003-2004 season.

Jordan’s accolades are six-time NBA champ, six-time Finals MVP, five-time MVP, three-time All-Star MVP, 11-time All-NBA, 14-time All-Star, nine-time All-Defensive team player, he’s a 11-time All-NBA player, Defensive Player of the Year in 1987-1988 and Rookie of the Year in 1984-1985.

Their accomplishments are pretty much the same and if you think about the fact that LeBron still has years left to play it’s safe to say that LeBron will shatter Jordan’s accomplishments.

Their field goal percentage is almost identical. Jordan shot 49.7 percent from the field his career and LeBron shot 50.0 percent for his career. Their efficiency is why they are the players that they are.

LeBron in his rookie year scored 20.9 points per game, 5.9 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game.

Jordan in his rookie year scored 5.9 assists and 6.5 rebounds.

Jordan clearly had the better rookie season but if you remember LeBron was only 18 and straight out of high school. He wasn’t a great shooter in the beginning of his career. Jordan was 21 and more mature.

LeBron when he was 21 averaged 31.4 points, six assists and 6.7 rebounds.

People will say that Jordan was a better shooter and LeBron can’t shoot but LeBron’s shooting percentage of 34.2 from three for his career is better than Jordan’s 32.7 percent for his career.

You can say that he is averaging more points a game than LeBron but LeBron only shoots the ball on average for his career 19.6 times and Jordan shot the ball 22.9 times a game on average. More shots equal more points.

In the playoffs the stats are the same. Jordan is averaging more points a game with 33.4 points with about 25 shots a game and LeBron has less shots a game with about 21 and only averaging 28 points a game.

LeBron is the ultimate pass-first player but when he wants to assert himself that is when he takes over games.

With these stats it is clear to see that LeBron will do more to help the players around him.

Conclusion
LeBron wins this comparison 2-1.

LeBron has just done more to help the players around him. He has dominated on the court and off the court in an era where there is social media and the athlete is under a 24/7 microscope. He has handled everything with maturity ever since high school and now in his fourteenth year in the league.

It’ll be interesting to see the heights that LeBron will take his career in these next upcoming years.

The reason why Lebron is the goat because he does things MJ could never do like make his team mates better

It took until he got 3 hall of famers on one team for him to win in Pippin, Rodman and borderline one in Tony

Lebron took Larry Hughes, Eric Snow and Boobie Gibson to the finals in his 4th year in the league while it took jordan 7 years

Lebron took Larry Hughes, Eric Snow and Boobie Gibson to the finals in his 4th year in the league while it took jordan 7 years

all of this is a load of bullshyt that's already been refuted in this thread and other threads numerous times. :russ:

Lebron took Eric Snow and Larry Hughes an nem to the finals in a historically weak east, and to this day his bytch ass has stayed in the eastern conference for a reason and only won his first two titles with two top FIVE, not top ten, top FIVE players from the same motherfukking draft class.

Jordan wasn't ALLOWED to go straight from high school numb nuts, but I'll give you(maybe) that he wasn't the physical specimen Lebron was at 18 :ehh:
that doesn't mean Lebron is the overall better player though.

Toni Kuckoc ain't no borderline HOFer you dumb nikka, you :russ:

and now we KNOW YOU TALKING OUT YOUR MOTHERfukkING ASS when you said "it took until he got 3 hall of famers on one team for him to win in Pippen, Rodman...."

you STUPID SON OF A bytch, he had already won BEFORE Rodman got there in the first threepeat. as far as scottie goes, MJ made that man the player he was and this is common knowledge. :manny:
unless your stupid ass honestly believes Scottie becomes a HOFer without playing with MJ :shaq2:

and the real kicker is how you bring up Lebron entering the league earlier and playing more minutes than MJ is that really demonstrates that MJ is indeed better. he's accomplished more in less time
6-0 in the Finals>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>...
not getting shytted on and literally outscored by the likes of Jason Terry in an NBA FINALS>>>>>>>>>>>
showing up big and not shrinking when it literally counts the most>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>....

it prolly took you HOURS to come up with that diarrhea diatribe of falsehoods and lies :heh:

we can tell you never saw the GOAT play
nikkas out here grasping at straws and BALD FACED LYING to make bron better, pathetic :scust:

if I could neg you on sight for the rest of the Coli's existence I would for this dumb shyt :smugbiden:

I'm looking forward to more lies from you
be safe tho :ehh:
