You basing that off MJ's PG stretch under Doug Collins where he statpadded his way to triple doubles a la Russell Westbrook. LeBron had a similar stretch during the 2010 season when Mo Williams went down and put up 30 points and 11 assists per game. In terms of seeing over defenses at 6'8, the variety of passes he can pull off, ability to operate the P&R, I.Q. and seeing plays well before they develop, knowledge of teammates tendencies, and creating ball movement, being willing, making other teammates better LeBron has him beat. Literally, nothing points toward MJ being a passer than LBJ. That doesn't mean MJ is a bad passer.

LeBron wouldn't "suffer" in any of era of NBA defenses the man was putting up numbers in the handcheck+zone deadball era with a limited jumper in his second year in the league. No, it doesn't. You're using triple doubles as a measurement for passing skills, Westbrook just averaged a triple double and he isn't even a top 5 passer in the NBA right now. Jordan played under circumstances where he was forced to take full reigns of the team, and have insane on-ball usage during the stretch, just like Westbrook and Harden have done this year which led to record triple doubles. Jordan was statpadding and it was clear as day, selectively choosing when to assist and when to score, ripping boards away from teammates. During this PG stretch, Jordan consciously went for triple doubles and would check the scorers tables and assistant coaches for an update on his stat line. For Jordan, getting these triple doubles and playing the point was important because he wanted to shed his "ball-hog" image.

I was at Jordan Brand Classic this whole week, and you should have seen the reaction when the HS players was introduced to Mike, both men and female. It was like they asked him to be their lord and savior. He is untouchable for them too. So not this generation right, the next? I've seen Middle Kids act like that with Mike, Kobe, Durant, Kyrie,and Curry more than Bron. Crazy but it is what it is.

What I'll give Bron is this, and I told people this will happen soon like what your post showed. Bron will reach a level where people start to disrespect Mike. When I say disrespect, I mean downplay his accomplishments. They never really did this with Kobe, but it was getting there. Like the whole Rodman, MJ/Bron rest or no rest argument, you had guys like Cowturd saying Jordan quit the game twice because he was mentally gone, and because Jordan had so much pride, he had to rest for a year or two and fuel back up.
