Every morning I make my own home brew protein shake
1 and 1/2 cups of water or 2% milk
1 cup of 1 minute oatmeal
3 whole eggs but I take the yolk out.
2 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 table spoon of nutella (so its the taste is so peanut butter dominate)
4 strawberries
Something like 900 calories. I'll get the macros later
