Just tried:

chocolate protein powder
cinnamon
milk
vanilla extract
oats
handful of ice

It came out great. Taste like a cookie shake. I was weary of buying chocolate, but I'm glad I did.

These protein shakes ain't half bad once you find your preferred flavors.

2 cups lactose free whole milk. Half cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of yogurt, 2 spoons of peanut butter, cup of ice cubes.

Almond milk, chocolate protein, collagen, cinnamon, ground flaxseed, acai, bananas, greek yogurt, peanut butter and blend it up. Slice up a banana, handful of blueberries, chia seeds and sliced almonds on top. Grab a spoon and eat it :mjlit:

Drinking water, protein and ice cubes shaken in a plastic bottle :hhh:

Not mentioned here but fiber! It can be any kind, but I fukk with the unflavored ones either from optimum nutrition or some shyt like Benefiber. Nonetheless, you want that health GI/gut health so throw some fiber in your shakes!

1 cup of oatmeal
4 whole eggs
1 and a half cups of water or more depending on how thick/thin you want it
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of nutella (so it doesnt tsste too much like peanut butter)
3 to 4 strawberries
