people just like to bandwagon on what others say and claim that they initially agreed with it just like...
these posts here.
I'll also say the whole idea to start the movie with Bruce retired as Batman for eight years was so fukking lazy. Like what was the point of him becoming the Dark Knight in the previous movie, when after this motherfukker drove off epicly on his motorcycle into the night, he just went home and sat on a couch for eight years weeping over the ugliest broad in town? That's the least fukking Batman that Batman has ever been in the history of Batman. This motherfukker quit being Batman longer than he actually was Batman.
Its funny, the most elitest pricks hate the movie now but when it dropped it destroyed even avengers in a head to head poll.
That and, as Ralph points out, he moped for 8 years over a woman basically. This is a man who saw his parents gunned down in front of him and decided he would be something more, but this woman gets taken down, a woman he didn't even have a relationship with, and he decides he doesn't want to live anymore and that he can't go on?:tellditruth:

we got it the 1st time brehAye, to be fair, I didn't like it when it came out breh:whoknows: I'm keeping it consistent
this is after he's about to cry in front of Alfred talking about how he can't move on with his life because Rachel was willing to give it all up for him. Then he bangs his arch enemy's daughter and runs away with catwoman...the woman who stole his moms pearlsAnd then he comes back into society for two days and falls in love with the second woman he talks to like 'Who the fukk is Rachel again?'.
Not as funny as you catching enough feelings over this thread to dig up not one, but two threads from 2012.

I hated it from day one. it was dumb because part of his legend is being the worlds greatest detective but he could not figure out Talia was the mole? I saw that shyt from day one.
you are right he was basically a rich ninja. It was cool for the first 2.Well to be fair, Nolan's interpretation of him never really leaned on that greatest detective thing. He was basically his version of James Bond, complete with a Q and an M
