people just like to bandwagon on what others say and claim that they initially agreed with it just like...

these posts here.

I didn't have a problem with "how did he get back to gotham" or the massive fiery bat signal, but I was definitely :childplease: at the leg brace and :comeon: at him hanging upside down to fix a broken spine. The stock market thing was beyond stupid and Talia's death was the most cheesy shyt I've ever seen in a movie that was trying to be serious.

These things didn't ruin the movie for me, the movie already sucked imo because it was boring. But the plot holes above didn't help at all.

I will say this. I get irritate by people stating this film had plot holes when it really didn't. I think people confuse continuity issues with plot holes.

Case in point: in TDK, when the Joker tossed ol' girl off the ledge of Bruce's condo and Batman jump and saved her. The scene went straight to the following day without showing or explaining what happened to the Joker who was STILL up at the party with all of those people. It was a complete cut without explanation into another UNRELATED scene. That's a PLOT HOLE.

With the case of TDKR, it had continuity implied scene such as so-called how Bruce was able to get back into Gotham. Which isn't a plot hole, because you already KNEW once he escaped the prison he was going to return and find a way to get in, especially since he's trained to be stealth ANYWAY. It didn't need to be shown or explained when you can deduce it yourself. Everything from TDKR that people claim as a "plot hole" are really continuity issues because Nolan doesn't spoon feed his audiences unless it is required.

Actually, you're wrong about the Joker scene. By YOUR OWN LOGIC it is a continuity issue, not a plot hole. Everything about the Joker leads us to believe he is not only a logical thinker (planner/contingences, etc.), he also isn't necessarily a sadist, the only scene which hints that he might be a sadist (the scene in the interrogation room where he is talking about why he likes knives more than guns) is arguably done strictly to provoke the cop in to coming closer.

Joker isn't a Zsaz type sadist, proving his point about society's morality is more important than anything, including his life. It's perfectly logical from what we know about the Joker that if he thought Harvey wasn't in Bruce's penthouse he'd leave instead of killing the guests. Corrupting Harvey Dent was more important to the Joker than anything, Nolan wouldn't need to tell us Joker might simply leave if he believed Harvey wasn't there rather than continue the situation (ESPECIALLY with Batman in near vicinity).

this is like me claiming everyone who liked this movie is a mindless bandwagon stan who reps #nolangang or whatever yall call yall selves. If you enjoyed it then cool, but a lot of people had problems with it.

I was beyond hyped for this movie. Saw it first day after working a graveyard shift cause I couldn't wait. But somewhere around the middle the film just fell apart for me. The ending was some straight up cartoon shyt. Then the immediate reaction was that this was the greatest thing ever, shyt felt like I was in the twilight zone

I think nikkas forget how hard internet stans rode for this movie. I remember one dude gave the film a mediocre review on RT and his life was threatened lol. You couldn't say anything bad about this shyt for them first couple weeks without getting hounded. Now that the dust has settled people can admit it has some real flaws, but I still wouldn't say it's a popular or "cool" opinion to say this movie sucks

This film seems it was made just to close out the trilogy. I've watched it time and time again and I've come to the conclusion that it could have been better. DKR is one of the greatest films I've ever seen. BB is one of the greatest comic films ever.

If we're being objective tho that scene wasn't half as ridiculous as Batman INVADING China and kidnapping a CEO :rudy:

Batman using his bat-skills to snatch a dude in another country
vs.
Terrorists ruining Bruce Wayne's company by attacking the stock exchange in person and trading in Bruce's name

Let me repeat: Terrorists stormed the stock exchange, trading was never postponed, and a clearly fraudulent transaction was allowed to take place in an attempt to bankrupt the most powerful company in the city

Bruh I hear you but this nikka flew A PLANE INTO CHINESE AIRSPACE

Let an unidentified jet fly through this bytch right now and see what happens:sas1:

And Lau?

Batman basically extradited this nikka to stand trial in America:what:

The third act of that movie should've been China declaring war and invading the US:russ:

Or the US govt pulling a Bin Laden raid on Batman

I know how ridiculous that stock exchange scene is but Batman invading a first world country and kidnapping a major investment CEO (most likely a diplomat) is just as, if not way more:beli: worthy shyt

I feel like some of y'all don't get the moral jest of the movie that makes it" :ohhh::ohlawd:" worthy.
Batman, the anti-hero who's whole mystic comes from conquering and using fear to his advantage, becomes his one weakness.
Bane isn't afraid of him, and because Batman isn't afraid of death, he becomes lazy and has yet to feel the fire under his feet.
I think Nolan did a dope job making it a point that Batman had to learn to be afraid of death in order to defy normal human limitations after he trained it out of himself to fear nothing thinking its the ultimate advantage when it becomes his weakness against this nikka that literally came from hell on earth:patrice:
He did fukk up Bane's backstory at the end and I still wanna Diddy slap him for that.:beli:
And Robin being a fed? C'mon my nikka you can't play him like that:martin:
Tom Hardy's acting was :wow:
Catwoman:takedat:
Talia al-Ghoul's mole on her forehead:scust:
Movie was just as good to me as BB. TDK is forever the GOAT:blessed:
