Same fans who didn't have shyt to say when Ainge threw IT in the bushes will be burning Kyrie's jersey in a few months. Because ultimately "loyalty" is only expected of athletes, not the owners. And if you want to go deeper you can tie all this to the general white view that black people owe them endless thanks because they did us a favor by hiring us, bringing us from Africa, helping us, etc etc etc.

Everyone clowned the lakers for giving Kobe that max deal at end of his career but now we seeing they were playing chess while rest of the league was playing checker:banderas:
And the Lakers even tried to trade him.

Speaking of the Lakers, how loyal were they to Lamar Odom when he lost a family member and was in a fatal car accident and they STILL tried to trade him for CP3 and when it fell through sold his ass to Dallas?

Oh that was different

I mean, we’ve been over it, can you imagine how F’d the Cs would be right now if they stayed “loyal” to IT?....
IT fit into the system better than ISO-Heavy Kyrie. :mjlol:
Plus your team chemistry is fukking shyt now. Before you had Smart, Thomas, and Horford. Who are all undersized for their position and hustle. Now you got Kyrie, who calls Lebron (leader of the Lakers :mjlol: your mortal enemies) to be consoled after tough losses, and he won’t even say he’s going to re-sign.

Maybe you shouldn’t worry about how fukked you would be if you didn’t completely screw over a guy who dragged you to the ECF after his sister died and teeth got knocked out on the court, and worry about how fukked you ARE right now currently with the flat earth nutjob you traded for. :pachaha:

Isaiah obviously wanted the Celtics to win and would put himself on the line to do so. Kyrie’s pissed he has to actually work and busts out the classic Lebronian excuse of "I need more help" even though his squad is objectively a tier above what Thomas had to work with (on paper). :mjlol:

Please remind me of when the Lakers tried to trade Kobe outside of the time he demanded to be traded?

Odom was a fukked up situation though I agree. Still wouldn’t say it’s on the level of IT since he won two titles and was a real contributor to finals teams. That team ran its course and there needed to be a change.

Lamar Odom wasn’t anywhere close to the face of the franchise and he didn’t hurt himself putting it all on the court. It is different :upsetfavre:

No, you been over it. You can claim "it's all business" when you trade a guy who gave his all playing with a bad hip after the death of his sister. But you gotta deal with the karma that comes with that business, treating people like they're just stay generators.

People always claimed Hinkie was a heartless based who treated his players as pure assets, but that's the same dude spending time with Embiid when he was despondent over not playing for 2 years amd mourning the sudden death of his little brother.

Breh, IT is over it, but apparently a Philly fan isn’t.

Compare odom trade to how the celtics screwed IT brehs. Funny odom still feels like lakers are his family, when he was hospitalized it was the lakers there for him.
