People across the board DO care about the cost of living, being able to find gainful employment, the cost of schooling and healthcare, infrastructure, and so on

Which is why Bernie is one of the most popular politicians in America. Because he declines to engage on the bullshyt and focus on the real issues that matter.

Regarding AOC, I don't know her chances of winning. Saying a woman cannot win is as retarded as saying a black person can't be president. However, if you are not white and not male, you need to be exceptional. I don't know if AOC makes an exceptional candidate, yet. 2028 may be too soon for her.

I don't see any moderate doing that. The problem is that moderates don't want any progressives having any power.

Just in terms of optics, the Democrats cannot run any women in 2028. There hasn't been a representative who became president in modern times, so that would be unprecedented. If Schumer retires in 2028 she would fight (and fail because of the sheer amount of money pumped into that election) for that seat.
