no they fukk he did not. he compiled a whole bunch of garbage time stats when they were down 20+

but ur a known imbecile so nevermind

who the fukk u calling an imbecile im far from it bruh and they wouldn't of been down by 20 if thomas didnt fumble. and its never garbage time when peyton plays the patriots y do u think bill went for it n 4 and 7 when they were up 10.He was down 18 points to the patriots mutiple times before and cameback and won. so that garbage time shyt doen't apply to him. ur a known brady dikk rider anyway. since u want to to keep coming at me y don't u see me ill give my address

but it gets funnier

in 2009 a certain old ass qb posted arguably his most efficient year ever. after being hurt and ineffective in 2008
this qb had 33tds and 7 ints, and his team went on all the way to nfc championship

yet...this qb wasnt even in mvp considerations, and peyton won the award easily, even though drew brees and that old ass qb had better stats

that old ass qb is brett favre. and peyton won the mvp because of his teams record. none of the comeback/injury bullshyt mattered. it still doesnt but peyton stans wanna rewrite unwritten rules now :childplease:

Favre played every game with the Jets the year before he went to Minny so its not as if he was coming back from an injury like Manning or Brady that missed full seasons.
Not to mention the Colts were undefeated at 14-0 before they started resting their players the last two games, compared to the Vikings that had 3 losses and Saints that had 2 losses while each of those teams played their starters. (which also played a part in why Brees & Favre stats were a little better)

Im not arguing either of those points-you're right on both counts. still, none of the story/injury things should matter.

theres a criteria established that is followed all the time, historically established, whether you or me like it or not :manny:

shyt, if I had the powr for mvp to fully reflect the game of football, half of the awards would go to defensive players.

Neither would the Broncos :thiswork:. shyt with their defenses, there's a better argument that the Patriots and Packers would be worse off without Brady and Rodgers. The Broncos won the division last year with the worst starting QB in the league.

The Broncos won the division last year at 8-8 on a bunch of tie breakers. The Broncos this year already have 8 wins and they still have 5 games to go.

Don't be silly. :comeon:

And established history suggests that story things DO matter. It's an award that's decided by the media. It's part of the criteria whether you like it or not.

shyt, if I had the powr for mvp to fully reflect the game of football, half of the awards would go to defensive players.

And this wouldn't make any sense. QB is obviously the most important position on an nfl football team, so it follows that the majority of the MVP winners would also be quarterbacks.

Speaking of 2008 remember when Manning won the MVP despite a) not having the best record Indy was a #5 seed and b) not having the best stats. Partially because he was coming off a knee surgery.:ohhh:

Tom Brady is the MVP

105. Rating, 65%,3299 yards, 24 TDs to 3 INTs(over 7-1 Ratio and 2 picks were against Seattle)

Best record of all the MVP Canidates, with the worst defense, anchoring far and away the best offense in the league. And that's with tons of injuries
