Eh... Its dry at first but its nowhere near as bad as something like Monster. It just takes a few eps to get going.
And there's a bit of Game of Thrones to it too that some people didn't like. Anybody can get it - and you know some people can't deal with that.

Finally got caught up to all of part 4's anime. S*** is heat rocks David Production needs props for how flawless they've brought JoJo's: BA to life. Animation, colors, OST's, voice acting, timing execution, swag every part has been great. Definitely one of those series which is better animated bringing that wacky, zany feeling
